Big City Optical is a neighborhood optical boutique based in Chicago that prides itself on having an amazing assortment of glasses and doctors that care about making the best recommendations for their clients.
Since 1983 clients have been treated to the best eye doctor experience in the Chicagoland area. Dr. Schrenzel and his assistant Gail have grown with the community and are the Plaza del Lago's most established tenants. In early 2019 it will get even better for the residents of Wilmette when the new State of the Art Big City Optical store is opened in the Plaza del Lago across the parking lot with Dr. Schrenzel, Gail, and others ready to serve the needs of the community for another 35 years in this new space.
